This flat bungee cord with carabiner hooks is is in 18mm width and has two strong metal carabiner hooks.

The elastic strap is made of 100% South-east Asia nature latex with PP woven. It provides super elasticity and can be stretched to double length of its original. There is no deformation found after 10 thousand times stretching in our test.
